Betty’s Battleground: A blog about life after trauma
“Betty’s Battleground is driven by a mission to reveal–through radical honesty–the human truth behind the PTSD, addiction, and mental illness stigmas; and to offer community, relief, and understanding for parents struggling to cope with the demands of raising children while combating the effects of trauma or mental illness. Armed with truth and a platform to share it, together, we can #endthestigma.”
